Youth members can be up to age 25, as currently allowed by USPC. You do not have to own a horse or pony to be a member, but must have access to one when needed for mounted meetings, rallies, or other events. All members must wear ASTM/SEI certified helmets while mounted.

Membership runs from the beginning of the calendar year with prorated rates available in August. BHPC experiences a year-round flow of new member with the open membership that we offer. New member dues are $115, with renewals at $95.
